Customer Service

We have an extensive collection of original Art, Antiques, Antiquities, Watches and jewelry. While our inventory database is updated daily, occasionally items ordered online are already sold or on hold awaiting escrow payment. When this happens, we will let you know as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours) and give you the option of canceling all or part of your order. We will never place anything on back order without your expressed consent.

We pride ourselves on education and service. There is good reason we are rated so highly - we have the right answers. We are here to answer your questions - be sure to check out our section on Quality - there is a wealth of information at your fingertips.

Shipping Information

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. We utilize both the United States Postal Service and United Parcel Services. We ship items via ground (UPS Ground and First Class Mail), Priority mail and Overnight. All orders over $49 (within the United States) and shipped via Ground are shipped free of charge. Overnight and Priority Mail shipping is also available for an additional charge.

We ship items Worldwide; however, the online shipping system is only valid for shipments to the United States and its Territories, the United Kingdom and Canada. If you wish to have items shipped to other countries, please contact us for details. 

Payment Information

On some items, we accept Bank Wire Transfers or Escrow payments only. On smaller items, we do accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard payments online through our secure servers. We do not accept ACH payments for items. You may also call us directly to make a payment. All payments must be made in United States Dollars. If you would like to pay by a personal check, money order or cashiers check, please call email a representative at sales@silverandgold.com and they will assist you. Personal checks and International Money Orders may be held for up to fourteen (14) days before shipment.

Gift Preparation

We will wrap your gifts with an enclosure card and send them for you to any address within the United States and its territories. While there is a minimal charge for gift wrapping, there is no additional charge for gift a message.

Returns and Exchanges

We want your online shipping experience with us to be as pleasant as possible. Please refer to our online Return Policy for information on making a return or exchange. Please note that a Return Authorization Number is required for proper credit to be issued.
