At SilverAndGold, we offer complimentary 30 day returns on our products, so that you can make sure your purchase is just right. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund. We take pride that our quality of jewelry is sourced with exceptional standards. Please note that monthly subscriptions are handled under our 'Subscription Policy' - see below.

Simply email us at sales@silverandgold.com for a return or exchange authorization number - this is a unique number that we can use to track and identify your return. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy.
Subscription Policy
Some of the products available through or in connection with our website SilverAndGold.com require you to purchase a subscription to have certain products shipped to you on a monthly schedule. The price that we will charge you for the subscription is based tiered pricing structure that depends on the length of the initial subscription period – monthly, semi-annual (6 months), and annual (12 months). We reserve the right to change a product’s price or the tiered pricing structure at any time, with appropriate notice to you. When signing up for our monthly jewelry subscription box, if you accept the free first month offer, you agree to continue the subscription for at least (1) paid month before you have the option cancel, pause, or skip a month of the subscription.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT EACH SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS UNLESS YOU CANCEL IT.
You hereby authorize us and our merchant provider(s) to charge your credit card, debit card, or other acceptable method of payment in advance for all applicable fees incurred by you or on your behalf in connection with the product or service you have chosen to purchase. You are solely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of any use of your account by you or anyone else using your account. We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time for any reason. For monthly subscriptions, your payment method will be charged on or about the 1st calendar day of each following month. For 3-month subscriptions your payment method will be charged on the 1st calendar day of the month following the initial 3-month period. For semi-annual subscriptions your payment method will be charged on the 1st calendar day of the month following the initial 6-month period. For annual subscriptions, your payment method will be charged on the 1st calendar day of the month following the initial 12 month period. Subscriptions ship out once a month, typically between the 13th - 15th, depending on holidays.
To avoid being charged for the next subscription period, you must cancel or pause your subscription before the 1st calendar day of the month in which your subscription renews. We will continue to bill your Payment Method on a recurring basis until you cancel or pause. Cancellation simply avoids the recurring charge. We do not issue refunds for the remaining months of a pre-paid semi-annual or annual subscription.
If you have created an account, you may cancel your subscription from your account located at https://www.silverandgold.com/account. Click on the “Manage Subscriptions” link, then follow instructions towards cancellation.
If you do not have an account with us, or if you just prefer to call or email for any reason, you may cancel your subscription by calling us at (734) 895-8227 extension 1 Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm EST or emailing us at sales@silverandgold.com.
Pausing or Skipping a month of your monthly subscription: If you have purchased a subscription that renews each month, we offer the ability to pause your subscription on a monthly basis. Pausing your subscription incurs a small monthly fee to keep your subscription active. You can pause your monthly subscription by simply contacting us at (734) 895-8227 ext. 1 Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm EST or emailing us at sales@silverandgold.com to let us know you want to pause the next month. If you have an account with us, you can log into your account at https://www.silverandgold.com/account and click on the “Manage Subscriptions” link, then follow instructions for pausing/skipping shipments. You must notify us through any of the methods mentioned above (by calling during business hours, emailing us or logging into your account) that you are skipping prior to the 1st calendar day of each month you want to pause. Your monthly subscription will automatically renew and continue in the following month, unless you pause your subscription again following the simple steps listed above, or if you chose certain months to pause or skip. At this time, we do not offer the option to pause or skip shipments for annual and semi-annual subscriptions.
If your order’s already on the way and you still want to pause or cancel, reach out to us and we’ll try our hardest to come up with a solution.
Lost Packages
SilverAndGold ships all orders through USPS or UPS. Once the package has been shipped, delivery is now the responsibility of the shipping service.
We cannot reship the order without several documents. As we ship jewelry, we require documentation that the order was stolen to prevent any fraud issues. To have an order reshipped, we require:
- Proof of Police Report Verifying Stolen Package
- Proof of Claim Filed with USPS / UPS
- Verification of Billing Address Via Email
- New Shipping Address, as we will not reship to the same address a package was stolen from

These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Freight Forwarders & International Cards SilverAndGold will not ship to any Freight Forwarding facility for the purpose of exporting goods and circumventing International shipping costs. Due to the high level of fraud in international shipping, SilverAndGold ships to a limited number of Countries. The extended list of Countries are required to pay international shipping and payment is by wire transfer only. Customers using an international credit card are required to pay international shipping and, if the credit card is issued from a bank outside of the countries where we accept payment, the payment must be resubmitted by wire transfer. Otherwise these orders are refunded and subject to a thirty-five percent restocking fee.

Occasionally SilverAndGold will run contests and sweepstakes.
(i) To be eligible to participate in these contests, entrants must be U.S. residents.
(ii) Employees of SilverAndGold, Facebook.com, and their affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term 'Immediate family" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.
(iii) No purchase is necessary. Void where prohibited.
(iv) To enter, simply fill out the online form outlining and advertising the sweepstakes or contest on Facebook.
(v) Contest beginning and ending dates are shown online on the contest forms. You may also request information by emailing sales@silverandgold.com.
(vi) Winners will be notified by the email supplied to us when filling out a contest form online. (vii) The email used on the contest form will be the email we use to contact the (1) winner.
(vii) To enter, log onto Facebook.com and fill out the contest form found on the SilverAndGold page. You may also enter a second time by joining the Facebook Group LoveJewelry.
(viii) One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing among valid entries. Remaining entries will not carry over to the next drawing.
(ix) If a winner cannot be notified within fourteen (14) days, or does not timely sign and return the release and affidavit of eligibility, then the prize will be forfeited, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner randomly selected from among remaining valid entries.
(x) Each winner is responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules. Each winner must complete and sign a Form W-9.
(xi) Only one prize will be awarded per household.
(xii) SilverAndGold is not liable if the provider of any part of the prize fails to satisfy its obligation to furnish its portion of the prize.
(xiii) SilverAndGold is not responsible for any liability arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.
(xiv) There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for any prize except at the sole discretion of SilverAndGold. SilverAndGold has the right to substitute a prize of similar value. No transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.
(xv) In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that SilverAndGold has the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration,
(xvi) Odds of winning depend upon the number of valid entries received.
(xvii) For a list of prize winners, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to SilverAndGold.com at 29990 Beverly Road Romulus Michigan 48197 by at least 30 days after end of contest.
(xviii) This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. SilverAndGold and FACEBOOK accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded hereunder.
(xix) SilverAndGold cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes, or contest information. SilverAndGold is not responsible for any computer or electronic malfunction, server unavailability, technological glitch, or human error relating to this contest and/or the use of short-code.
(xx) SilverAndGold reserves the right to make rules and contest changes, and change the aforementioned contest dates.
(xxi) By entering this contest, each entrant waives any and all claims of liability against SilverAndGold , Facebook.com, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, for any and all claims, loss, damage or injury which may occur as a result of entrant’s participation in this contest.

SECTION 22 - TREASURE HUNTS
SilverAndGold's Treasure Hunt creates information-based treasure hunts ("the Hunt”) which test a person’s physical and mental abilities. Participation in the Hunt carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by terrain, street conditions, temperature, weather, physical condition of participants, vehicular traffic, actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, volunteers, and/or producers of the event. Participants assume all of the risks of participating in SilverAndGold's Treasure Hunt events, and assert that participation is voluntary. Additionally, liability may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released or because of their possible liability without fault.
IN CONSIDERATION OF being permitted to participate in the hunt, I for myself, my personal representatives and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby:
(i) Release and forever discharge SilverAndGold's Treasure Hunt (the “Sponsor”) and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, affiliates, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively the “Releasees”) of and from all liability, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, actions and causes of action (collectively the “Claims”) in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to myself or property however caused, arising out of my participation and/or involvement in the Hunt, and notwithstanding that any Claim may have been contributed to or occasioned by the negligence of Sponsor, or any of the Releasees. I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Releasees from any Claims asserted against or incurred by any Release, arising from, resulting from or occasioned n any way by my participation and/or involement in the Hunt, whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence of any Releasee or otherwise. Participants agree to indemfigy the Releasees for any claims brought for or on behalf of a minor in case a minor unknowingly participates.
(ii) Agree that in the event that any provision of this Release and Indemnity is held to be invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision will not affect the remaining provisions of this Release and Indemnity which shall continue to be enforceable.
(iii) Agree that this Liability Waiver and Release shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
(iv) Confirm that I have carefully read this Waiver and Release and fully understand its contents. If I am under 18 years of age at the time of registration, my parent or legal guardian has completely reviewed this Waiver and Release, understands and consents to its terms, and authorizes my participation in the Hunt.
(v) Confirm that I have carefully read this Waiver and Release and fully understand its contents. I am above 18 years of age at the time of registration, mentally and physically capable of participation as determined by a qualified healthcare professional, and I have completely reviewed this Waiver and Release, understands and consents to its terms in their entirety, and voluntarily authorize my participation in the Hunt.
(vi) I hereby certify that I have read, understand and agree to be bound by this document. Additionally, I certify that each member of my team is aware of this Waiver and Release, has read and agreed to it before participating in the Hunt. By participating in this event, I agree with the terms of this Liability Waiver and Release.
